1. Acceptance

By using GetGreenhouseGrid.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

2. The site is informational

GreenhouseGrid publishes product information, pricing observations, cost estimates and editorial analysis to help you research a purchase. It is provided for general information only. It is not professional, engineering, construction, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for the manufacturer's own documentation.

3. Structural ratings and safety

Important Manufacturer-published snow-load and wind ratings are reported for comparison and informational purposes. Local wind, snow, permitting, foundation and building requirements vary considerably by site. Always confirm applicable requirements with the manufacturer and your local building authority before purchase and installation. GreenhouseGrid does not provide engineering certification and does not confirm code compliance for any site.

Reporting a manufacturer's rating is not an endorsement of it, and it is not a statement that a product is safe in any particular location or condition.

4. Accuracy

We work hard on accuracy and record the source and verification date for important specifications. Even so, specifications change, retailers revise pricing and shipping terms, and errors happen. Information may be out of date at the moment you read it. Always confirm current price, availability, shipping cost and specifications with the retailer or manufacturer before purchasing.

Cost estimates are estimates. Your actual project cost will differ.

5. Third-party sites and purchases

The site links to third-party retailers and manufacturers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, shipping, policies, fulfillment or conduct. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that seller. Some links are affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the database for a competing commercial product
Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access
Submit false owner reports, false contact information, or another person's details

7. Intellectual property

Site content, design and the structure of the database are owned by GreenhouseGrid. Manufacturer and retailer names, trademarks and product specifications remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and comparison.

Quoting or citing us with a link is fine and welcome. Wholesale republication of the database is not.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenhouseGrid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information published here or from any purchase you make from a third-party seller. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
